Q: How does shipping work?

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days.

Transit time Internationally:

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Note: Free shipping codes are not included for apparel. There will be a separate charge on shipping apparel items with Midnight Fitness & Sports.

Q: What if I need to return something?

Answer: Midnight Fitness & Sports will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in great condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers' expense and the customer will be required to arrange their shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Midnight Fitness & Sports will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Answer: We currently ship all of our supplements to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands & Denmark. As we continue to grow, we look to expand our reach to numerous new countries.

Answer: We are currently working to have bitcoin supported purchases added to our shop, along with other cryptocurrencies. This payment will be accepted starting in February.

Q: Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Answer: All taxes for international shipping costs are factored into our prices on the website, you will not need to worry about paying further taxes on shipping internationally.

Q: Where is my order?

Answer: If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Q: How do I track my order?

Answer: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. This will be delivered to the email provided to Midnight Fitness & Sports at checkout.
